Iglika Godfrey is a Bulgarian artist. She studied art in Bulgaria learning realistic and architectural drawing. She moved to the U.S. and earned her Associate of Fine Arts degree at Harper College and continued her art education at the Vitruvian Studio in Chicago. She’s studied the art of still life, color theory, anatomy, figure and portraiture drawing, and painting. She works with a variety of mediums that include graphite, oil pastels, charcoal, watercolor, acrylics, and oils. Her work is displayed at Waterstreet Studios in Batavia, the Little Bulgaria Art Center in Des Plaines, and she has her own art space at the Painted Tree Boutiques in Bloomingdale.
